Roma, sospesa l’inibizione di Fienga fino a lunedì: parteciperà al mercato
In view of the case of Naples-Rome on social distance, Ceo was previously approved for one month.
The talks with clubs and agents (personal agenda contains the acquisition of Chris Smalling and a vice-dzeko) will take place from now until the end of the business (October 5). Today the Chairperson of the Federal Court of Appeal postponed the ad giallorosso inhibition until Monday, the day of the appeal. If Fienga was eventually acquitted on 5 October, as the market now is closed, the Roma will be disciplined as their boss did not bargain. However, with the suspension issued, between now and Monday 5 October Fienga will visit other clubs and officers and work in person on the market.
Everything is linked back to last September 24, when Fienga was accused of failing to meet with the COVID-19 regulation of last July at the last San Paolo Championship game against Napoli for 30 days (twenty days at Doctor Massimo Manara and a 7,000 euros fin for Roma) from the Federal Court.
